SuperByte was founded by Simon Russell and Richard Adams, both seasoned Corporate Real Estate professionals with deep experience across the industry, working with major service providers, clients, architects, analysts, consultants, brokers, and developers.

Throughout their careers, they repeatedly encountered the same challenges within global real estate programmes: fragmented systems, inconsistent processes, and critical information lost in the gaps. Despite the scale of the CRE market, no solution truly addressed this operational complexity.

With strong backgrounds in technology and innovation, Simon and Richard set out to build a platform capable of bringing clarity, consistency, and control to complex real estate portfolios.

Today, SuperByte blends innovation with transparency to help organisations around the world standardise their processes, improve communication, and manage real estate operations with confidence.

Richard Adams

Richard is a creative software engineer with 15+ years' experience, specialising in award-winning web applications for the Real Estate and Workplace sectors. He has delivered impactful solutions for startups, multinationals, universities, and non-profits.

Richard Hurst

Richard is a seasoned leader with 30 years' experience in senior roles at global businesses, specialising in real estate, facilities management, and tech-driven growth. He has held key leadership positions at CBRE, EY, and DTZ, overseeing global business lines and platforms.

Manda Morris

Operational Director

Manda, an experienced educator and leader with over 30 years' expertise, excels in creating learning plans, coordinating logistics, and managing teams. She has successfully transitioned to managing development teams and delivering complex projects on time.
